findings and the accompanying documentation.
Herewith were submitted
copies of all the ZABA Official Gazettes from 1989 to 1994, as
well as a number of other ZABA financial documents, covering all
of ZABA's official acts during the said period. The Court Expert
analyzed this documentation in its entirety, on which he based
his conclusion and findings. The weight of the entire submitted
documentation equals 3.6 kg.

Pašk Kačinari's claims vis-a-vis ZABA, and exposure of ZABA's
submission of falsified documents to the Zagreb District Court,
The Court Expert concludes that ZABA has 3 available options in
seeking a resolution to this case:

Pašk Kačinari receives
142,576 Emission I Series A ZABA shares, plus due
dividends, in the amount of 33,989,770.00 kuna or
4,593,212.00 € (for 1€=7.4kn)
-
Pašk Kačinari receives
compensation for his shares, in the amount of
358,307,590.00 kuna or 48,419,945.00 € (for
1€=7.4kn), including
interest from the day of the lawsuit to the moment of
compensation.
-
The parties to the
lawsuit reach a negotiated settlement.

Pašk Kačinari proposes
no-confidence vote for the ZABA Board for the year 2005, for
the following reasons:
- Participation of
Mr. Franjo Luković in money laundering operations for al-Qaeda
and Hamas during the 1990s;
- Lack of proof that ZABA
was ever privatized;
- Damaging the bank's reputation domestically and abroad.

Already in his
letter to Croatian president Stjepan Mesic of April 5, 2007
(Pašk Kačinari
adds to his previous filings and provides a brief overview of how
the robbery was executed, who performed it and by which methods),
Pask Kacinari has furnished evidence (Supplements to the Letter to
Mesić)
showing that ZABA's balance books are falsified and that
ZABA has booked as its property real property which,
according to the cadastre, it does not own. Thus, ZABA's
Headquarters are located at Paromlinska 2, Zagreb, which is
recorded inthe cadastre as being "socially owned property",
along with the rejection of ZABA's application for being
recorded as the owner (Excerpt from the
Cadastre for the Seat of ZABA in Paromlinska St.).
Therefore, the Annual Shareholder Conference of April 17,
2007, which accepted this falsified financial balance book
is null and void. During its registration as a stock
companu, ZABA "forgot" to enter into its books 113 buildings
and to issue corresponding shares, because these shares
would have to have been issued to the Republic of Croatia.,
the City of Zagreb, ZABA employees and "Jugobanka" bank.
Pask Kacinari presented this in detail in his
counter-proposals to the Shareholder Assembly, of March 21,
2007 (Pašk
Kačinari's counterproposal),
as well as at the Shareholder Conference of April 17, 2007.

It should be
noted that neither ZABA nor the Official Gazette did not
publish Pask Kacinari's counter-proposal to the Annual
Conference of April 17, 2007, which is a violation of the
Law on Commercial Companies and principles of shareholding
and shareholding companies.
