Kacinari launches
lawsuit in Croatia to prove rights of
Republic of Serbia to ZABA shares
The Republic of Serbia is one of ZABA's
founding owners. The Republic of Serbia has been aware of this
fact since Oct. 23, 2006, when Pask Kacinari informed it of its

Since the Republic of Serbia has not initiated a single action
toward the restoration of this property, on Feb. 1, 2008, Pask
Kacinari has initiated legal proceedings in the Republic of
Croatia in order to prove the rights of the Republic of Serbia
to ZABA shares. In a similar way, Kacinari has already proven
the rights of the Republic of Croatia (320.010.010
