According to the Zagreb Municipal Court Verdict no. P-8536/07 of Oct. 15, 2007, the Republic of Croatia is the holder of the rights to the shares of "Zagrebacka banka," and Pask Kacinari is the legal finder of these rights.

 This has laid the foundations for the restoration of Croatia's stolen property, and the end of this unprecedented bank robbery and fraud.
 

After the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb ruled ZABA's privatization null and void and restored the bank to Croatia ( 320.010.010 Court Restores ZABA to the State of Croatia ), the State Attorney's Office has filed an appeal, in an attempt to protect the fraud and prevent the return of stolen property to the Republic of Croatia. Amazingly, although the Court Decision is in favor of the State, the State Attorney's Office is attempting to prevent the carrying out of the Court Decision. In addition, the State Attorney's Office is violating the Constitution and laws by which it is bound to protect the interests of the Republic of Croatia and its property.

By his correspondence of Jan. 23, 2008 to the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice and the Croatian State Attorney, Prime Minister Sanader ordered these institutions to act according to the Court Decision (320.010.010 Court Restores ZABA to Croatia) by which ZABA was restored to the ownership of the Republic of Croatia.

It will soon be seen whether the competent state authorities respect the authority of Prime Minister Sanader, or whether they will, not for the first time, favor ZABA and, thereby, undermine the prime minister and pave the way for the opposition to come to power.
