Pask
Kacinari reports ZABA's falsified balance book to international
bank rating companies
Pask Kacinari has submitted evidence that ZABA's balance books
are illegal to the address of international financial rating
firm "World Check". Thus, this case will be significant not only
in terms of determining ZABA's rating but also that of connected
companies, such as the Bank of Austria.
The
illegal nature of ZABA's balance books is born out by the
fact that ZABA has booked as its own property for which it
has no proof of ownership. For example, ZABA's Headquarters
building, although entered as ZABA property, is not entered
as such in the cadastre, but rather as "social property."
The cadastre also records a court rejection of ZABA's
application to have itself registered as owner of the
building.
