As a
minority shareholder, Pask Kacinari took part in the ZABA
Annual Assembly, on April 17, 2007

When
the Assembly ended he found that his car had been taken from
the place where it was legally parked. The car was taken
away upon the order of the Police Sector of the Zagreb
Traffic Police, and taken to the depot in Strojarska Street.

After an examination of
the vehicle at an authorized "Citroen" service, it was
determined that the vehicle had been tampered with and "fixed"
so that it would veer out of control at higher speeds.
Upon
examining his vehicle, Pask Kacinari drove it to an authorized
servise, where it was determined that the vehicle was "fixed" so
as to lose control at higher speeds. An examination of the
tachigraph showed that Pask Kacinari had driven at a high speed
prior to the Assembly and that, had the same problem existed, he
would have had a fatal car accident prior to the Assemblu. On
the other hand, the tachigraf also showed that Pask Kacinar did
not drive fast after the Assembly, until his vehicle was
serviced.
